It's absolutely stupid to treat all the single boys and girls ( I read about them too in some other blog) like they live only to enjoy life and create trouble.

Anyone who does this, should realize that a day will come when their sons/daughters/relatives have to face the same issues.

I am wondering if this is a Chennai issue or is it the same in the other cities too.

Based on this I wonder if all the big IT companies will soon build a hostel for their employees. Well, I think its a great idea, if they can fully wire it for internet etc.

--

Now about Mozhi. We wanted to watch it the second time today. Drove upto Fremont and came back thinking we'll buy the DVD. Great movie..IMHO one of the best in recent years. Prakash Raj and the team have shown how a non-masala low budget film can create a profit and ripples too ! I hope the other producers/directors take the clue.

I like the comedy track in the movie, the feuds between Brahmanandam and Prakash Raj. Very well done track.Narayanan Venkituhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17755584455282379863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14833628.post-3726439723436595132007-04-04T00:23:00.000-07:002007-04-04T00:23:00.000-07:00The same article I read in Hindu Newspaper. The same article I read in Hindu Newspaper.lakshmihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11023602706541666922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14833628.post-37105720986650492592007-03-20T14:17:00.001-07:002007-03-20T14:17:00.001-07:00oh! and congrats on the century!oh! and congrats on the century!tt_gianthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13177501911411505253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14833628.post-67399715377461891312007-03-20T14:17:00.000-07:002007-03-20T14:17:00.000-07:00omg! thats terrible! Chennai has always been ...Congrats on the century!!

Chennai has always been conservative compared to the other metros(and in a way, I prefer it too!). I am reminded of this Madhavan(& Sadha, Kanika) movie where Kanika's father will employ Madhavan to drive out the unruly bachelor tenants!

BTW, even here in the US, we had difficulty getting SS Card and driving license because #1 needed the #2 and vice versa as identification!Me toohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07850925207266058211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14833628.post-35140422159258362242007-03-07T14:15:00.000-08:002007-03-07T14:15:00.000-08:00Surprising to hear the sorry state of affairs of b...Surprising to hear the sorry state of affairs of bachelors in Chennai. Bangalor...wow.. this really seems like news to me.. Bangalore survives on young single people , and where PG's(paying guest) a standard for the income of so many families. My uncle, purchased a flat near the Tidel park in chennai ,so he could get these group of bachelors together to give the increased rent he was quoting for the furnished apts. And he prefers them because they are easier to deal with.I think slowly chennai will start opening up tooo.Anuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00722078605063216829noreply@blogger.com
